Bolts' Lecavalier to undergo knee surgery

08/21/2010 - Tampa, FL (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Tampa Bay Lightning center Vincent Lecavalier will undergo minor surgery on his left knee on Tuesday.

The arthroscopic procedure will be performed by Lightning Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Ira Guttentag at the Florida Medical Clinic. Although recovery time will be 3-to-4 weeks, Lecavalier is expected to be ready for training camp.

The top overall pick in the 1998 draft, Lecavalier had 24 goals and 46 assists in 82 games last season.
